Summary:PURPOSE:To use a prepaid card with ID magnetic bar also as a membership card by making the card as a card by combining a prepaid card and an ID card. CONSTITUTION:In a prepaid card 1 with ID magnetic bar, prepaid information is written on a rear surface 13 by making the prepaid card as a telephone card. The card is used also as an ID card by arranging an ID magnetic bar 11 on a surface 12 and writing the personal identification information of a possessor here. When the card is used as the ID card, the contents written in the ID magnetic bar is read by the card reader arranged in a shop and actual sales record is recorded under the control of a host computer.
