Summary:PURPOSE:To enable the formation of a transparent conductive film having a total light transmittance of 90% or higher and a haze of 0.3% or lower on the surface of a transparent material. CONSTITUTION:This conductive coating material is obtd. by mixing fine antimony-doped tin oxide particles having particle sizes of 10-100Angstrom with a binder and a dispersion medium and is applied to the surface of a substrate (e.g. glass or a plastic), dried, and cured to give a transparent conductive film having a total light transmittance of 90% or higher and a haze of 0.3% or lower.
