Summary:PURPOSE:To efficiently perform the lining execution even of a long coil string by unwinding the coil strip from the inner periphery thereof and applying lining execution to a pipe to be executed in a state rotating the coil strip in the direction same or reverse to the winding direction thereof or not rotating the same in the magnitude relation between the inner diameter of the coil strip and that of a pipe to be executed. CONSTITUTION:In the lining execution of a pipe to be executed, a coil strip 2 is drawn out from the inner periphery thereof and spirally applied to the inner peripheral surface of the pipe to be executed in the winding direction conforming to the spiral of the coil strip 2 formed by unwinding and the winding adjacent side edges of the coil strip 2 are bonded to form a liner. The coil strip 2 is supported on a stand 1 in a state freely rotating in the circumferential direction of the coil strip and, when the inner diameter of the coil strip 2 anchored at a required place is set to (d) and the inner diameter of the pipe to be executed is set to D, the coil strip 2 is rotated in the direction reverse to the coil winding direction of the strip 2 during (d)<D in parallel to unwinding and rotated in the same direction as the coil winding direction when the inner diameter relation becomes (d)>D by the advance of unwinding and not rotated when (d) is equal to D or almost equal to D to execute lining.
