Summary:PURPOSE: To perform an easy and positive returning operation of a shield valve and to enable a user to discriminate easily a returning state of the shield valve. CONSTITUTION: Under a normal state, a shield valve 20 is kept at its released state and a returning switch 30 is kept at a first state. Under an abnormal state, a control part 25 changes the shield valve 20 from its released state to a shield state to shut off gas and at the same time operates a switch driving solenoid to cause the returning switch 30 to be changed from the first state to the second state shown in Fig. 2. As the returning switch 30 is operated to be changed from the second state to the first state in order to restart supplying of gas, the control part 25 returns the shield valve 20 from the shut-off state to the released state.
