Summary:PURPOSE: To always quickly exchange a long nozzle under preheating condition by housing the long nozzle in a preheating furnace so as to be preheated. CONSTITUTION: The preheating furnace body 11 is composed of double cylindrical body having an inner and an outer cylindrical walls and a bottom wall, lined with refractory bricks. The space part between the outer and the inner cylindrical walls 11a, 11b is made an housing chamber 12 for long nozzles 10 and plural long nozzles 19 are housed at the equal pitch. A long nozzle supporting device is constituted of swinging shaft 20, supporting rod 23, motor 21, etc., and the long nozzle 10 is swingably supported so as to lead out the long nozzle 10 in the incorporating chamber 12 of the preheating furnace body 11 to the inlet/outlet of the long nozzle of the preheating furnace. Plural combustion gas jetting parts are arranged at the lower part of the housing chamber 12 of the preheating chamber and at least two long nozzles 10 are simultaneously preheated. By this constitution, the danger accompanying the treatment of he long nozzle in the preheated state is prevented.
