Summary:PURPOSE: To provide the structure of a circuit board, wherein the peeling of an electronic part mounted on the circuit board is prevented, and the peeling resistance of the electronic part mounted on the circuit board is improved. CONSTITUTION: This is the structure of a circuit board 1, wherein leads 7 of an electronic part 5 are bonded to circuits 3 of the circuit board 1 and the electronic part 5 is mounted. Cut grooves 11 are formed in the vicinity of the outside of the edge part of the electronic part 5 in the circuit board 1.
