PURPOSE: To increase an effect of agitating and mixing liquid foaming materials in a cavity and to prevent generation of dry spots in a foam in a closed injection method. CONSTITUTION: A core material 10 of which an opening peripheral edge part 12 surrounding an opening 11 for injection of liquid foaming materials 28 is so shaped as to be recessed to the rear side of the core material is set on one die face of a split die. After an enlarged space 29 for mixing the liquid foaming materials is formed between the recessed opening peripheral edge part 12 and a face opposite thereto and the split die is closed, the liquid foaming materials 28 are injected into a cavity 23 of the split die from the opening 11 for injection and a foam produced and the core material are made integral.
