Summary:PURPOSE: To efficiently regenerate a filter device by measuring the integrated value of the flow rate of water supplied from a raw water supply part to a treated water supplying and a distributing part and regenerating the filter device when the integrated flow rate value reaches a preset flow rate value. CONSTITUTION: In a process passing raw water through a filter device 4 and a degassing device 6 from a raw water supply part 1 to supply the same to a treated water supplying and distributing part 2, the flow rate of supplied water is integrated by the integrating flowmeter 7 and, when the integrated flow rate value reaches a preset flow rate value, a solenid valve 5 is closed to regenerate the filter device 4 and, after the completion of regeneration, the solenoid valve 5 is opened to supply water. The preset flow rate value is successively reduced on the basis of the number of times of the regeneration of the filter device 4 and, when the number of times of regeneration reaches the preset number of times of regeneration, a warning is emitted by the buzzer provided to a controller and the solenoid valve 5 is closed to stop the supply of water from the raw water supply part 1. This warning reports the maintenance period such as the inspection of the filter material of the filter device 4.
