Summary: | PURPOSE: To improve noise resistance by arranging a selector circuit consisting of switch elements for selectively outputting potential outputted from respective nodes of plural resistor elements on one side of an R string. CONSTITUTION: A D/A converter is provided with an R string 1 formed between reference voltage levels +Vref and -Vref by laying a serial circuit on which plural resistor elements are linearly arranged in a zigzag line. The R string 1 are constituted of 1st to 4th serial circuit respectively consisting of resistor elements R00 to R03 , R04 to R07 , R08 to R11 , R12 to R15 which are respectively linearly arranged and mutully electrically connected to form a zigzag state. Since potential levels outputted from respective nodes of the elements R00 to R15 are selectively outputted, a selector circuit 2 consisting of a 1st switch element group S00 to S15 and a 2nd switch element group S0 to S3 is arranged on one side of the R string 1. Consequently distances between noise generation areas and respective resistor elements can be almost uniformed. |
