Summary:PURPOSE:To provide an information processor which can utilize resources such as a CPU and a memory without causing plural software programs which are executed at the same time to interfere with each other. CONSTITUTION:The information processor has kits 1 and 2 of only execution element procedures, an SKI 3 which constitutes the kits 1 and 2 without depending upon an OS 7 characteristic of hardware and stores and processes their flows, a BASE 4 which saves and processes shared data, an OS I/F 5 which places the kits 1 and 2 and BASE in operation without depending upon the OS, an API 6 which adapts software 25 so that the software can be handled similarly to the kits, and a resource manager 10 which rearranges requests to use the resources from the kits 1 and 2 and existent software and properly allocates the resources so that the same resource is not used by plural kits and software.
