PURPOSE:To convert an outputted audio signal and perform control over the voice from a microphone, etc., at hand by providing a main body part with an input means and an output means, and connecting the input means to an electronic equipment selectively. CONSTITUTION:The voice controller 1 consists of the main body part 2 having a control means for sound volume, headphones 7 with a microphone as an output means which outputs the voice gathered by the microphone 8, and a connection part 9 for a reproducing equipment as an input means which inputs the audio signal, and is used while the connection part 9 is connected selectively to the reproducing equipment 11 as the electronic equipment. When the switch 6 of the main body part 2 is at the OFF position, a KARAOKE function does not operates, so the audio signal outputted from the reproducing equipment 11 is merely passed and outputted to the side of the headphones 7. When the switch 6 is at the ON position, the KARAOKE function operates a phone level, a microphone level, and an echo level as the control means for sound volume operate, and proper level adjustments are made with knobs 3-5 respectively.
