Summary:PURPOSE: To provide a mounting device for a GPS sensor capable of setting up the GPS sensor in a condition that a GPS signal transmitted from a GPS satellite can be received in good sensitivity. CONSTITUTION: A mounting device for a GPS sensor is constituted of a sucker member 1 having a circular sucker surface 4 sucked to a set up surface 3, engaging hole 5 in an opposite side to this sucker surface 4 and an opening part 6 of this engaging hole 5 to be formed of elastic material with the internal shape in a curved surface and a setting up member 2 having an engaged part 7 engaged with the engaging hole 5 in one end to be provided with an engaging part 9 connected to the GPS sensor 8 in the other end.
