PURPOSE: To provide a time indicating lamp for a pedestrian signal lamp device operated based on lamp color signals supplied through the wiring of a small length with the adjacent pedestrian signal lamp device. CONSTITUTION: The lamp color signals PR and PG supplied to the pedestrian signal lamp device 1 are respectively rectified by the rectifying parts 21 and 22 of a power supply part 20, added and inputted to a voltage conversion part 23, a power supply voltage is generated and a voltage at the time of the flickering of the lamp color signals PG is stabilized by a capacitor 24. The lamp color signals PR and PG are rectified in the rectifying parts 31 and 32 and smoothed in smoothing parts 33 and 34 and lighting signals PRS and PGS respectively synchronized with the lamp color signals PR and PG are outputted. The lighting time of the lamp color signals PR is measured and display step time is calculated by the arithmetic processing part 42 of a display control part 40 and waiting time is displayed by the respective display devices 51 of a display part 50.
