PURPOSE: To securely prevent the fall-out of a ferrite plate, and to realize the building electric wave absorbing wall at a low cost without using the expensive special facing tile with leg. CONSTITUTION: In the electric wave absorbing wall for building material, which is formed by arranging ferrite plates 1 in the electric field direction of the incoming electric wave with a space and continuously arranging them in the magnetic field direction and arranging reinforcements 20 as the electric wave reflecting body in the back of the ferrite plates 1, anchor blocks 30 made of concrete, mortar or porcelain, which respectively have a tap bolt part 31 and an anchor part 32 at a width wider than that of the tap bolt part 31. The ferrite plates 1 adjacent to each other in the electric field direction are restricted by the tap bolt part 31, and the anchor part 32 is inserted between the adjacent ferrite plates 1 so as to be projected in the reinforcement 20 direction. The anchor blocks 30, the ferrite plates 1 and the reinforcement 20 are integrally fixed with each other by concrete or mortar.
