Summary:PURPOSE: To easily and safely perform dielectric strength test even if a support member, a cover, and an output shaft are touched with hands in an ultrasonic motor with a stator, a first piezoelectric diaphragm for driving and a second piezoelectric diaphragm for driving which are adhered to the lower side of the peripheral part of the stator, a rotor which is pressed against the stator and rotates with traveling vibration being amplified, and an output means for taking out the rotation of the rotor. CONSTITUTION: An insulating flexible substrate 14 and a flexible circuit substrate 14 consisting of a first wiring pattern for driving, a second wiring pattern for driving, and a wiring pattern for grounding bonded to the insulating substrate 14 are provided between a support member 1 and a stator 2.
