Summary:PURPOSE: To obtain a small multilayer coil set smaller in useless space around electrical connections. CONSTITUTION: A coil conductor 2b is provided onto the surface of an insulating sheet 1 which forms a coil section. The one end of the coil conductor 2b is made to protrude from the edge of the sheet 1, and the other end is connected to a through-hole 4 which serves as an electric connection. A through-hole 7 is provided symmetrical to the through-hole 4 about the center point P of the sheet 1 as a point of symmetry. The through-hole 7 functions as an electrical connection and connected to the coil conductor provided to an adjacent insulating sheet when the sheets 1 are stacked. The coil conductor 2b is provided meandering in the vicinity of the through-holes 4 and 7 so as to conform to their shapes. Furthermore, the edge of the sheet 1 is provided with protrudent parts 1b which protrude outwards conforming to the shapes of the meandered parts of the coil conductor 2b.
