Summary:PURPOSE:To improve the workability by forming an installing hole having a tube part and a taper part, on a rear plate, and press fitting a female screw tube made by forming a female screw in its tube part, and forming an uneven part on the outer periphery of its taper part at the end of the tube part, into the above installing hole. CONSTITUTION:An installing hole 4 is formed on a rear plate 1 which has an adequate size, a female screw tube is inserted therein, an is adhesive layer 3 is coated on the front surface side of the rear plate 1 by press fitting from the front side, and a decorative layer 2 is superposed and adhered. On the other hand, a lower fastener 13 is fixed to a building main body beforehand, and an upper fastener 12 is fixed to a compound plate by using a bolt 10 and a washer 11. In this case, since the female screw tube is set shorter than the installing hole 4, and a force to pull the rear plate 1 to the rear side is operated by rotating the bolt 10, the upper fastener 12 is installed solidly. Consequently, a shortage or a looseness of the fastening of the fastener 12 is prevented, and the installing work of the compound plate to the building is completed by hooking the upper fastener 12 to the lower fastener 13, after the upper fastener 12 is fixed.
