CONSTITUTION: This filter device 10 comprises a case 12 consisting of a housing 14 and a transparent cover 16 and divided into two parts; a cartridge 34; and a cap 44 secured to an inserted portion 60 while exposing the cover 16. Then replacing only the cartridge 34 is made possible, the cartridge is made visible from the outside, and the device is prevented from increasing in size along the direction of its axis.
