Summary:PURPOSE: To efficiently seal an inert mixture gas in a casing and to tightly seal the casing by introducing an inert gas for a medium into a chamber, introducing a sealing inert gas through a supplying port for the sealing inert gas into the inner room of the casing, assembling a lid member with the casing, and welding the both by a seam welding machine for sealing. CONSTITUTION: A casing main body 2 to be sealed and its lid member are disposed at a specified position in a sealed chamber 4. The gas for a medium is introduced through the gas inlet 5 of a conduit 6 for the medium gas into the sealed chamber 4 to fill. Then, a sealing gas is introduced into the inner room of the casing main body 2 from the gas inlet 12 of a conduit 11 for sealing gas, and immediately, the lid is assembled with the casing body 2 and both are sealed by welding by using a seam welding machine 1. During this process, the sealing gas in the room of the casing main body is mixed with the medium gas so that a inert mixture gas of the sealing gas and the medium gas is sealed in the sealed casing 2.
