Summary:PURPOSE: To improve a heat recovering efficiency from a regenerated heat exchanger to an adsorptive heat exchanger by a method wherein after water passed through the regenerated heat exchanger is flowed into a coiled tank, the water is flowed out in a reverse direction and passed through the adsorptive heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION: A coiled tank 6 is used for temporarily storing water recovering heat while passing through a regenerative heat exchanger A. Flow passage is changed over to a cooling water passage and a hot water passage by valves v1 to v15 in such a way that extremity ends of series of water heat recovered and flowed into the coiled tank 6 may become the most-last ends when they are flowed out. Accordingly, an adsorptive heat exchanger B is heated at first with a low temperature part of the series of water (about 50 deg.C to 70 deg.C), thereafter the water is heated with a high temperature part (about 70 deg.C to 85 deg.C), resulting in that a sufficient temperature gradient may be attained between the series of water and the heat exchanger B throughout the entire period of preheating cycle and so an effective heat exchanging can be carried out.
