Summary:PURPOSE: To let trees positively grow up even in the surface of slope over the base rock, concurrently let the surface of slope be stably maintained, and let greening by grasses be simultaneously performed. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of step sections 2 and 2 which are continued roughly in each contour line over the surface of slope on the base rock, are formed in a stair case shape, and each bag body (clay land bag) 4 which is composed of flexible and ventilating materials, and houses at least fertilizer 3, is set at each front section 2a of these step sections. Banking materials are applied over the upper surface M of each step section 2, each net 6 is stretched over each step section 2 including each bag body 4 and the banking material 5, and trees for planting 7 are planted in each place, to which the banking materials are applied. Clay land base material 10 is sprayed over each step section 2 including the banking materials 5, the nets 6 and the trees for planting 7 by a spray gun, so that a thick layer 11 is thereby formed.
