CONSTITUTION: While front tire holding boards 1 to hold tentatively the left side and the right side front tires of a large type vehicle at a specific height, and movable forward and rearward; rear tire holding boards 2 to hold tentatively the left side and the right side rear tires of the large type vehicle at a specific height; a front lifter 4 to lift the front parts of the vehicle between the left side and the right side front tire holding boards 1 and 1; and a rear lifter 5 to lift the rear parts of the vehicle between the left side and the right side rear tire holding boards 2 and 2; are provided on a maintenance base, inclined boards 3 to guide the riding-in of the large type vehicle to the tire holding boards are provided at the rear parts of the rear tire holding boards 2 and 2, in this lift for vehicle maintenance.
