Summary:PURPOSE: To surely suck various objects by a simple constitution, in a sucking method, sucker and a conveyer used in the case of sheet conveying a packaging- finished lead frame of LSI or the like sucked from a step piled condition. CONSTITUTION: A device is constituted of a primary pressure reducing chamber 10 connected to an exhaustt pump 5, sucker pad 15 coming into contact with a sucked object 2 to consitute a secondary pressure reducing chamber 14 and an elastic member 16 interposed between the primary/secondary pressure reducing chambers 10, 14 to be elastically deformed in accordance with pressure reducing the primary pressure reducing chamber 10 by the exhaust pump 5 and to pressure reduce the secondary pressure reducing chamber 14.
