Summary:PURPOSE: To recycle wire hangers for suspending the washing by crossing a pair of wire hangers with each other in the center vicinity, fixing both ends of the hangers in an opening condition, and aligning and bundling hook parts of the hangers. CONSTITUTION: Clips 2 having downward A opening parts 3 on both ends are formed, and an A fixing tool 1 is formed. A partially opening holes 4 to house wire hangers are formed in inner parts of the A opening parts 3. The A fixing tool 1 is formed in a crab shape. A U-shaped B bundling tool 5 having a B opening part 6 to sandwich hook neck parts of wire hangers and a partially opening elliptic hole 7 is provided. Bottom parts of two wire hangers are crossed with each other, and its both ends are sandwiched by the clips 2 of the A fixing tool 1, and the hook neck parts of both wire hangers are inserted and installed by the B bundling tool 5.
