CONSTITUTION: This device is provided with a projection lens being a photographing means capable of reciprocatively photographing image information on film Fa being a long-length recording medium, an encoder detection unit being a measuring means for measuring the remaining quantity or the carrying quantity of the film Fa, and a keyboard being a setting means for respectively setting the feed quantity XL of leader feed that the film Fa is fed before photographing on the film Fa and the feed quantity XT' of trailer feed that the film Fa is fed after photographing on the film Fa; and the leader feed and the trailer feed are performed so that the leader feed quantity XL and the trailer feed quantity XT' are allowed to coincide with a specified set value at the time of performing reciprocative photographing.
