Summary:PURPOSE: To reduce the thickness of slabs by a method wherein a groove, from which the end sections of main reinforcements at the lower ends of half synthetic floor slabs functioning as floor forms in combination are exposed, connection reinforcements are disposed at evey main reinforcement in the groove, and connected to main reinforcements at upper ends and concrete is placed. CONSTITUTION: A groove 5 is formed at the joining edge section of a lower-end main reinforcement 4 buried into a half-precast concrete (half-Pca) block 1, and the required length of the lower-end main reinforcement 4 is exposed. The half-Pca slabs 1 are built on a beam, and a plurality of the slabs 1 are arranged, and worked as floor forms in combination while connection reinforcements 6, in which central sections are bent in a moderate V shape, are disposed in the same direction along the lower-end main reinforcement 4 in the groove 5 as being crossed over both sides of the joining end sections 6, and both ends of the connection reinforcements 6 are made to reach the place of an upper-end main reinforcement 8. The connection reinforcements 6 are arranged, and top concrete 2 is placed, and unified with the half-Pca slabs l, thus forming a synthetic floor slab 3. A design and manufacture are conducted so that the adhesive strength of top concrete 2 to the connection reinforcements 6 reaches the same extent as the lower-end main reinforcement 4. Accordingly, the thickness of the slabs can be reduced.
