Summary:PURPOSE:To set a position of a gas flowing hole to be formed in an inside cylindrical member and a position of a gas flow-out port to be formed in an outside cylindrical member with a predetermined positional relation easily and securely in an air bag unfolding gas generating device to be used for unfolding an air bag of a collision safety device by the combustion gas. CONSTITUTION:An inside cylindrical member 47, of which an outer periphery is formed with gas flowing holes 49, is inserted into a long-size outside bottomed cylindrical member, of which an outer periphery is formed with gas flow-out ports, through a filter, and the gas generating agent is housed in this inside cylindrical member to form an air bag unfolding gas generating device. In this device, an opening end of the inside cylindrical member is formed with recessed parts 97 or projecting parts to be engaged respectively with projecting parts or recessed parts formed in the back surface of the outside cylindrical member.
