CONSTITUTION:A seal part 3 is directly joined to a welt part 2, cloth 4 is made to abut on the seal part 3 to cover an external surface of the welt part 2 other than a joint part thereof with the seal part 2. The seal part 3 is provided with a lip part 5 for covering one side end edge part 4a of the cloth 4.
