Summary:PURPOSE:To provide an inexpensive remote controller whose reception sensitivity is stable. CONSTITUTION:A prescribed non-signal part is generated before a signal part by a logic device 1 and an output of a reception circuit 7 is shifted by a level shift circuit comprising resistors R1, R2, the shifted output is smoothed by a smoothing circuit comprising a resistor R3 and a capacitor C1 and its output difference is given to a comparator circuit 8, in which the level is compared with a reference level. Then an offset is convergent with the non-signal part to make a comparison voltage stable and noise is eliminated from the output of the comparator circuit 8, then the result is decoded by the logic device.
