PURPOSE:To increase building construction efficiency, make electromagnetic shielding performance uniform, and reduce the construction area of a structure. An electromagnetic shielding panel 1 wherein an electromagnetic absorbing member 5 is installed on the surface of the electromagnetic shielding board 4 is connected with the skeleton 11a of a structure 11 such as a pillar, a beam and a roof. The protruding parts of the neighboring electromagnetic shielding panels 1 are mutually connected, and an outer wall 3 facing the electromagnetic shielding panel 1 is installed on the skeleton 11a of the structure 11.
