Summary:PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of vibration at the time of carrying document paper in the paper feeding device provided with a document carrying path for allowing document paper to make a U-turn and discharging it to the outside. CONSTITUTION:This paper feeding device is provided with a document carrying path A for inverting the feeding direction of document paper 5 and discharging it to the outside. The device is constituted so that the generation of vibration is suppressed by providing a vibration suppressing means 13 (B) between a reversion roller 9, and a paper feeding roller 8A being the most adjacent to the reversion roller 9, and pressing the document paper 5 extended between the reversion roller 9 and the paper feeding roller 8A from above by the vibration suppressing means 13 (B).
