Summary:PURPOSE:To provide the title magnetic multilayered film enhanced in sensitivity without deteriorating the magnetic reluctance change rate. CONSTITUTION:Within the title artificial lattice magnetic multi layered film wherein ferromagnetic metallic layers 6 and conductive Cu layers 7 are alternately laminated initiating the counter ferromagnetic mutual actions between the ferromagnetic metallic layers 6 by the selective scattering phenomenon of electronic spin on the interfaces thereof, the ferromagnetic metallic layers 6 are composed of Co films 3, 5 comprising the material apt to selectively affecting the state of conductive electronic spin in the Cu layers 7 and superior soft magnetic NiFe films 4 to the Co films 3, 5. Furthermore, the Co films 3, 5 are formed on the side in contact with said ferromagnetic layers 6.
