PURPOSE:To quickly, appropriately and efficiently cope when abnormality is generated and a reporting work processing by providing the operation monitoring function of the various kinds of abnormality and management data generated in sewerage equipments, etc., in the respective sewerage equipments, their owners and a maintenance staff department and performing mutual connection through a communication channel. CONSTITUTION:Respective monitoring computers 1b and 1a are provided in the respective sewerage equipments EA and EB and respective local public organizations CA and CB and the various abnormality data and abnormality/management data generated in the respective equipments are monitored. Further, a computer 1 for operation management monitoring for respective regions A and B is provided in the maintenance staff department M and the respective computers 1b, 1a and 1 are connected through respective MODEMs 2 to the communication channel. By this constitution, the respective owners CA and CB of the respective equipments EA and EB and the department M obtain the various kinds of the data and send respective emergency coping personnels needed 4 to the equipments EA and EB and maintenance personnels needed 3 to the regions A and B corresponding to the contents. Thus, coping when the abnormality is generated can be quick and appropriate and the reporting work processing of both sides can be efficient.
