PURPOSE:To provide a control device for a ventilation device capable of determining an output of an air feeding fan in response to a differential pressure signal produced from a differential pressure sensor and an operating output of a discharging fan and further capable of performing the most suitable discharging of an indoor area as well as feeding air without being influenced by outdoor strong air. CONSTITUTION:An amount of feeding air for an air feeding fan 4 is set in response to an output from a control part 7 receiving an operating output of a discharging fan 3 installed in an indoor area 1 and an output of a differential pressure sensor 5 for sensing a relative pressure difference between the indoor area 1 and an outdoor area 2. Under such an arrangement as above, even if strong wind continuously blows at the outdoor area 2, the air feeding fan 4 is not operated, resulting in that the most suitable air discharging and the air feeding of the indoor area 1 can be performed.
