Summary:PURPOSE:To enable highly accurate and stable control by detecting a displacing volume of a hydraulic pump, driving an ON-OFF solenoid valve based on deviation between the detected value and a target value, controlling variation and variation ratio of a hydraulic pressure, and thereby utilizing high responsiveness of ON-OFF controlling. CONSTITUTION:A variable volume hydraulic pump 1a has a displacing variable volume mechanism 1b composed of a tilting plate or the like. A pump control device 50 adjusts a discharge flow rate of the variable volume hydraulic pump 1a by controlling the displacing variable volume mechanism 1b. Namely, the pump control device 50 feeds pressure oil to an adjusting actuator 2 which drives the displacing variable volume mechanism 1b from a hydraulic source 3 through a hydraulic pressure adjustment part 4. A tilting angle (displacing volume) of the displacing variable volume mechanism 1b is detected by a tilting angle sensor 5. The hydraulic pressure adjustment part 4 is controlled by a control unit 6 based on the detected value and a target value of the tilting angle. The hydraulic pressure adjustment part 4 is composed of an ON-OFF solenoid valve 4a of a throttle 4b.
