PURPOSE:To provide a drawn wire winding device capable of smoothly and surely exchanging a drawn wire carrier while continuously executing wire drawing and firmly fixing the drawn wire which is transferred to the drawn wire carrier. CONSTITUTION:The drawn wire is transferred to the drawn wire carrier 31 along guide pipes 21 and flexible guides 23 and, on the other hand, when the drawn wire is wound to a prescribed height, the transfer of the drawn wire is interrupted by a wire storing means 40, after a string is carried from the outside to the inner peripheral side of the drawn wire carrier 3 with a string inserting mechanism, the transfer of the drawn wire is restarted, the drawn wire carrier 3 is filled up and the drawn wire which is hung down along the guide pipes 21 is restrained with a positioning cylinder 60 in a prescribed position. And, the transfer of the drawn wire is interrupted by the wire storing means 40, the drawn wire carrier 31 is exchanged by upwards pushing the flexible guide 23 with the movement of the drawn wire carrier 31 and also the upper part of the drawn wire in the drawn wire carrier 31 which is carried out is banded with the string.
