Summary:PURPOSE:To easily transfer connection information between a connection managing part and a task processing part. CONSTITUTION:When 'open' is issued on a task processing part 3, a connection managing part 2 side 'open' processing is called according to a transition table 311, an 'open' parameter and an opposite node identifier are held in a task information table 23, the task processing part 3 side 'open' processing is called according to a transition table 22, and the opposite node identifier is communicated. When a dialog establishing request is issued in the task processing part 3 by using the identifier, a connection information transfer processing is requested to the communication processing part 21, the connection information in nonuse in which a task indicated by the parameter held in a task information table 23 so as to be a pair with the identifier is matched with a condition is searched, and a connection identifier indicating an entry in a management table 5 which manages the connection information is transferred to the task processing part 3.
