CONSTITUTION:A liquid crystal display panel 1 and a circuit base plate 2 loading a drive circuit to drive the liquid display panel 1 are connected together through a flexible base plate 3, these respective members are received in a casing 7, the casing 7 is divided into a first casing 8 for receiving the liquid crystal display panel 1 and a second casing 9 receiving the circuit base plate 2 at the nearly center position between the liquid crystal display panel 1 and the circuit base plate 2, and the fist casing 8 and the second casing 9 are connected together at this dividing position, capably of being bent.
