PURPOSE:To obtain a seamless capsule capable of storing an easily oxidizable substance over a long period by extruding a coating film liquid from the outermost side of a concentric multiple nozzle, an easily oxidizable substance liquid from the innermost side and a substance liquid having low oxygen permeability and moisture permeability from the intermediate part into a cooling medium. CONSTITUTION:This seamless capsule 7 composed of a content consisting of an easily oxidizable oily substance (e.g. eicosapentaenoic acid), a coating layer covering the content (e.g. gelatin) and a protection layer placed between the content and the coating layer (e.g. oil and fat) is produced by using a multiple nozzle composed of at least three concentrically arranged nozzles having successively increasing diameters and simultaneously extruding a coating film liquid 6 for seamless capsule through the outermost nozzle 3, an easily oxidizable substance liquid 4 through the innermost nozzle 1 and a substance liquid 5 having low oxygen permeability and moisture permeability through at least one intermediate nozzle 2 positioned between the nozzles 1 and 3 into a cooling medium 8.
