CONSTITUTION:The host processor 100 is provided with an operation information gathering part 120 which gathers operation information on a processor 110 and a polling time adjustment part 130 which adjusts polling time intervals of the host processor 100 for communication processors 201-20n according to the information of the operation information gathering part 120; and the operation information gathering part 120 gathers the operation information on the processor 110 and the polling time adjustment part 130 adjusts the polling time intervals for the communication processors 201-20n according to the operation information.
