PURPOSE:To provide an apartment house physical distribution system which does not reduce a dwelling space and makes it possible to carry out an article according to its destination from each house or carry in it into the house. CONSTITUTION:A carrying passage for carrying out communication between each house L and an underground space U is formed inside a support, and a cage ascends and descends in the carrying passage for carrying out a loaded article through a taking in port 48. Thus, since the carrying passage is provided in such way, the utilizable area of an apartment house is not reduced. The carried out articles are classified by their destinations through a receiving conveyer 46 and a classifying coveyer 52. On the other hand, the article transfered to the receiving conveyer 56 is received into a receiving house 60 by a transfering lift 66. Since the receiving house 60 is thus provided in the underground space, there is no necessity for providing the receiving space in a dwelling space.
