Summary:PURPOSE:To eliminate the need of providing a transmitter for relay in between, to make radio output small and to reduce the cost of a private branch calling mechanism by using a private electric light power source line as a transmission line for calling signals from a calling signal generator. CONSTITUTION:In order to call an employee present in a room C apart from a centralized control place G, an ID code corresponding to the pocket beeper 40c of the employee is inputted by the input switch 11 of the calling signal generator 10. The input is converted into the calling signal in a conversion output part 12 and inputted through an output cord 13 to the electric light power source line 30. The calling signal is inputted to the transmitter 20 for the relay connected to the power source line 30 inside the room C and a radio wave signal is originated. The radio wave is inputted to the pocket beeper 40c of the employee and a calling sound is outputted. By transmitting the calling signal through the private electric light power source line, the need of providing the transmitter for the relay in the room in between is eliminated, the radio output of the transmitter is made small and the cost is reduced.
