Summary:PURPOSE:To obtain a thin electronic watch which has a high conversion efficiency of a motor and can accurately display a time and an electronic apparatus having an output unit which accurately rotates. CONSTITUTION:An elastic element 2 in which a polarized piezoelectric element 3 is fixed is assembled on a support 4. A rotor 1 is brought into contact with the element 2 under a predetermined pressure by an elastic force of the support 4. When a predetermined voltage is applied to the element 3, the element 3 is elongated and contracted, the element 2 is deformed, and the rotor 1 is rotated. Rotation of a rotor gear 7a is transmitted to an hour wheel 8 through a minute wheel 9. A time is displayed by a minute hand fixed to a rotor stem 7 and an hour hand fixed to the wheel 8.
