Summary:PURPOSE:To obtain a power supply adapter which can be used without substantially occupying the receptacle of commercial power supply. CONSTITUTION:The power supply adapter 10 comprises a plug part 13 being inserted into a receptacle of commercial power supply, a transforming section for converting an AC voltage inputted through the plug part into a predetermined voltage, a circuit for rectifying/smoothing the AC voltage on the secondary of the transforming section, and a constant voltage circuit for stabilizing the DC output voltage from the rectifier circuit. The power supply adapter 10 is further provided with a receptacle part 16 connected with time plug part 13.
