Summary:PURPOSE:To provide a controller for a ventilator, which is capable of determining the output of a shutter based on an air velocity signal from an air speed sensor, and closing the motor shutter to keep an indoor space comfortable when the wind outside a house is strong. CONSTITUTION:An air velocity sensor 6 is provided at the side of the outside 2 of a house of a ventilating device 1, provided between an indoor space 3 and the outside 2 of the house, while a motor shutter 5 is constituted so that the opening and closing of the same is effected based on the output of a controller 9, which is based on the output signal of the air velocity sensor 6.
