Summary:PURPOSE:To dispense with the control device of an operating rod such as a hydraulic device and related auxiliary equipment so as to reduce cost and simplify structure, thereby facilitating assembly, disassembly and maintenance. CONSTITUTION:A vane 6 supported on an impeller hub 9 has a shaft rotatable to the impeller hub 9. In vane angle operation, the vane 6 is rotated manually, and the impeller hub 9 and the vane 6 are positioned by a knock pin 10 and fixed by a fastening nut 12 from the inside of the impeller hub 9. Or an operating rod is provided to operate connecting mechanism kept in the vane 6 and the impeller hub 9, and the vane angle is adjusted by making the vertical motion of the operating rod manual. There is thereby no need to take account of the possibility of a pump being influenced by the failure of the control device of the operating rod such as a hydraulic device.
