Summary:PURPOSE:To perform a moving operation of a slide form efficiently and safely in a short period of time. CONSTITUTION:A truck is fixed on a bank by means of an outrigger 24 and a tilting frame 25 is inclined by a drive means for tilting so that the frame 25 lies on the extension of the side wall of the bank 1. Under such conditions, a lifting rod 2901 and a slide form 3 are connected to each other by a suspending hook 30 to separate a metal form from the side wall by means of a jack 31 for separating the slide form. And the rod 2901 is lifted by a worm gear jack 2903 to pull up the slide form 3, thereby moving the slide form 3.
