Summary:PURPOSE:To allow a single base with a weighing and packing apparatus to be used for operation for packing materials at a different site to reduce a facility cost by placing the weighing and packing apparatus on the base and making the base movable by a vehicle. CONSTITUTION:A base 2 on a plane is fixed onto a chassis frame 12 of a vehicle 1A, while a weighing and packing apparatus 5 is integrally fixed onto the base. Jacks 3A to 3D are provided respectively in the vicinity of four corners of the base 2. With the respective jacks 3A to 3D stretched, the vehicle 1A and the base 2 with the weighing and packing apparatus can be supported while each wheel of the vehicle 1A floats from the ground, whereas with the respective jacks 3A to 3D contracted, each wheel comes into contact with the ground so that the vehicle with the base can run as it is. Therefore, once weighing and packing is completed by the weighing and packing apparatus 5 at a site, the respective jacks 3A to 3D are contracted and the apparatus is moved as it is by a travel of the vehicle 1A so that it can be operated at another site, thereby reducing a facility cost.
