CONSTITUTION:A steam compression type heat carrier comprises a closed circulation passage 23 in which a compressor 1, a condenser 2 and an evaporator 4 are sequentially connected by a pipeline and a phase-changing fluid is sealed and a fluid power recovery part 22 for recovering fluid energy by using pressure difference upon pressure reduction from a high pressure liquid to a low pressure liquid provided between the condenser 2 and the evaporator 4 of the closed circulation passage 23.
