Summary:PURPOSE:To enable the easy installation between a tree crown part and the terrestrial part and improve the executability, lifting and lowering performances and operating efficiency. CONSTITUTION:This elevator is obtained by installing a scaffold pedestal 1 attached to a tree crown part 51 with an installing means 10 such as a band, plural elevating units 20 comprising plural sets of high-strength fiber ropes 21 connected to the lower side of the scaffold pedestal 1 at a horizontal interval and hanging therefrom and many frameworks and foot bars 25 assembled in plural stages and in a polygonal shape between the high-strength ropes 21 and an intermediate connecting frame 30 for connecting the tops and lower ends of the elevating units 20 and forming a polygonal elevating space (S), further by providing an opening and closing floor part 2 in the scaffold pedestal 1, additionally installing a surrounding frame on the scaffold pedestal 1, fixing connecting sleeves 22 at the tops and lower ends of the respective high-strength fiber ropes 21 and securing plural fixing sleeves 23 to the intermediate part at a prescribed interval.
